Please note: as soon as the tenant takes possession of the premises (moves into the flat), responsibility for any damage caused in the flat is transferred to the tenant.<\/p>\n

Cancellations are free up to 5 days before arrival. Cancellations made more than five days before arrival will not be refunded.<\/p>\n

If a property is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by e-mail. Your order will either be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made, or we will offer to find you alternative accommodation for the duration of your stay.<\/p>\n
