How can I book a stay ?
How can I get an invoice ?
After each stay, an invoice is automatically generated and sent to you. the day of your departure at 5:00 pm to the email address given when you made your booking. If you have not received an invoice at the end of your stay, please contact us on the ‘Contact‘.
How do I change/cancel my booking ?
Cancellations are free up to 5 days before arrival. Cancellations made more than five days before arrival will not be refunded.
A refund fee of 1.5% + €0.25 will be charged to cover transaction costs.

How are the keys handed over ?
To make your arrival as easy and hassle-free as possible, key collection is fully automated.
All arrival formalities will be announced at 11:00 on the day of your arrival.

What is included in the household linen ?
Is the accommodation adapted for people with reduced mobility ?
Unfortunately, our accommodation does not always guarantee access for people with reduced mobility.
However, some of our ground-floor accommodation is perfect for disabled travellers without wheelchairs. Please contact us for more information.
Is the accommodation smoke-free ?
Out of respect for our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside GoodMarning accommodation and in public areas.
Flats with an outside area have an ashtray.
