We had a very pleasant stay in Fabien's beautiful, well-equipped flat. The location is easily accessible with parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. Walking distance to city centre and city parks. Highly recommended.

My stay with Fabien went really well! The accommodation was clean and bright! The fan worked very well and was enough for us even in the heat! What's more, the town of Châlons-en-Champagne is very pleasant to visit and easy to get to, even on foot!

A great discovery in the region. Easy to find and easy to park. Access is well explained and very secure. The flat was as pictured. It's very, very well equipped! It's well decorated and full of thoughtful touches (chocolates, sweets, bottles of water, etc.).

The stay was top notch, the explanations were very clear, the accommodation was very clean, in a quiet location, the person was very welcoming and responsive. Everything is provided in the accommodation for a perfect stay, I recommend it.

We were greeted by Fabian, the charming owner, who has designed and built 4 fabulous flats, each named after the 4 seasons. It was autumn and he had thought of everything and finished them to a high standard.

Clean, functional accommodation. Nice little touches from the owner (popcorn, coffee, sweets). Very clear explanations on how to get to the studio and free parking next to the house. Good value for money.

I highly recommend, the flat is clean, a very nice decoration, little extra for the popcorns 🙂 !!!! The hosts remain available in case of worries.

Brand new flat on the first floor in a very quiet area. Heating turned on on arrival. Many delicious little extras to nibble on in the evening and to round off breakfast. Thank you so much!

I spent 6 days in the flat with complete peace of mind. Everything is provided, so all you have to do is put your suitcases down. The decor is nice, the accommodation is perfectly maintained and corresponds to the photos, and the equipment is of excellent quality.

Everything was perfect: the bedding, the beautiful bathroom, the netflix washing machine, the wifi, the tea tray, the Nespresso capsules, the little cakes, the hotel-style slippers, the household appliances with clear instructions on them and Fabien's availability.

Perfect accommodation. The town centre is a 15-minute walk away, as is Grand Frais, there's a bakery and chemist less than 5 minutes away, and the station is just 2 minutes' walk. Communication with Fabien and Taïna is easy, and they are very accommodating. This is the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in!

In the immediate vicinity of the station. Quite close to the city centre. Very clean, in very good condition. Comfortable, spacious. Very well equipped. Little touches on arrival.

Large, sparkling clean flat with brand new furnishings - every comfort and attention to detail. Very comfortable bed, huge bathroom, lovely kitchen. Everything has really been thought of. Communication by telephone and/or e-mail is simple and friendly. Public car park next to the house. We would like to come back.

The flat was incredible from the moment you step into pure decadence. Fabien, the owner did an incredible job. You literally have everything you need to spend the night. But you could stay longer if you wanted to.

In an excellent location and nicely appointed with easy access to Netflix, phone charger etc, sofa bed is also good. Well stocked and loved the fact they had a Nespresso.

The flat is beautifully furnished with attention to detail and equipped with everything you would expect from home. The details of towels in the shower room and even slippers like you would find in a spa were there for you.A good find and very close to the Perrier champagne tour.

A very restful stopover at Fabien's, a very responsive host, a flat that's very well laid out for its small size but where you feel cocooned. Everything is well thought out and new. The little simple touches make all the difference. Thank you Fabien. We'd definitely recommend it.

Superbly appointed and well thought out flat. The attention to detail in communication, decoration and facilities is superb. We found parking outside, instructions to access the property were clear.

The little touches (breakfast tray, sweets, skincare lotion + cotton buds, etc.), a board game for the children. The cleanliness of the accommodation was beyond reproach. Fabien and Taïna are welcoming, available and responsive.

Everything was perfect, very well decorated, everything was well thought out, automatic door, no worries about keys... I was very well received, the host is helpful and there were all the necessary facilities and even little touches when I arrived. The accommodation is 2 minutes from the station. I would return...
